Here’s a bit about me: I began my property journey in 2017 with just £20k. Fast forward to 2024, and I now own 24 rental units valued at approximately £2 million. I was fortunate enough to "financially" retire at 40 years old in 2022. Along the way, I’ve also built a property sourcing company (over £20 million sourced for clients), a property renovation company (completing over 250 renovations), and a lettings agency that manages over 210 properties.
I know that might sound like a story that’s too good to be true. But unlike some who might stretch the truth, I documented every step of my journey from the very beginning. I started an online diary in 2017, even before I made my first offer on a house, and I’ve continued to document my progress ever since.
I believe in being completely transparent. I’m not here to spin a tale; I’m here to share my real experiences.
