I completely understand how difficult it is to build trust with someone in order to purchase property remotely from where you live, so hopefully the following emails will help you build up an understanding of who I am, what my various businesses do, and how I can help you in your pursuit for your next BTL investment purchase.
One of the hardest parts of looking to remotely invest is having to use someone who is a complete stranger to you to help you find your next property. There are so many people out there offering "sourcing services," but how can you tell if someone is legit?
I never intended into getting into property sourcing or offering any of the hands-free investment services that I do. When I first started back in 2017 my only aim was to flip a few houses and buy some rentals so that I could look after myself and my family. Somehow, I have grown this from my 1st flip in 2017 to a multi-million pound property business which enables me to offer someone like yourself a completely hands-free investment opportunity.
In 2017, I started with just £20k cash, and as of 2025 I have completed the following:
▪ Total number of personal BTL's is currently 23 with an approximate value of around £2m.
▪ I have personally flipped over 20 properties since 2017.
▪ I have sourced and secured over 250 properties for my clients.
▪ In total, combining my own flips, BTL's and my clients properties, I have renovated in excess of 250 properties in total, it could be even more.
▪ My lettings agency currently manages over 230 rental units, and this number increases each month.
Unlike the thousands of "fake it until you make it," or those with a fancy website who have just completed a paid course in sourcing, I can actually evidence everything that I have ever done. Back in 2017, I decided to start a little property journal on a forum that "The Property Hub" used to have. This started off as just me writing about what I was planning to do, and then documenting what I was up to. This eventually became the biggest post on the forum and was also the most viewed on the entire forum. Then, in 2022 (I think), the property hub decided to remove their forum (which was a shame as it was really good). I quickly sat there and saved every single page of posts that I had made over the previous years and put them into a PDF/eBook. I put this on the Amazon store and in the first week it became a number 1 best seller. I later decided that I'd prefer to make it free to download instead, so it is available to read on the link below.
